Zuhair’s background is in real estate investments, with a history of successful closings in brokerage and principal acquisitions that exceed $100MM+ in total transaction volume, ranging from midscale to upper-upscale hotel properties branded by Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham and Choice flags. He has negotiated and executed agreements with multi-billion-dollar global enterprises, including WME-IMG and Hearst Corporation; and prior to Frontera, Zuhair worked at Besen Partners in New York City, where he was co-head of the hospitality division and lead broker for all Texas hotel transactions.
