Dallas Corporate Office is seeking candidate with M3 experience to fill a junior staff accountant role. Must have a minimum associates degree in accounting/finance or related field. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent grad with prior hotel & M3 experience.

Daily responsibilities include:
~ Ensuring revenues are posted
~ Ensure ledgers are balanced weekly
~ Reconcile cash daily for 6 hotels, monthly for 4 hotels – In M3, minimum of two accounts per property

Weekly responsibilities include:
~Assist Accounting Manager with AP process and collection of invoices
~Reconcile W9s
~Reconcile 10-99s

Monthly responsibilities include:
~ Payroll uploads for two periods per month (with full balancing) for all entities
~ Assist with collection of month end reports including but not limited to: System reports, exemptions, cash forms, etc
~ Balance sheet reconciliations for all properties

Additional responsibilities include:
~ Reconciling cash back to inception (2 years) for several properties
~ Aiding Asst Corporate Controller with as needed reconciliations
~ Ad hoc excel analysis as needed
